SALICYLIC ACID INCORPORATION IN Fe3O4-BSA NANOPARTICLES FOR DRUG RELEASE

The controlled release of Salicylic Acid (SA) influences the concentration and collateral effects drug. This refers to matrix in which SA is incorporated. Among matrices, Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) stand out, for transporting drugs specific sites. functionalization by bovine serum albumin (BSA) can improve colloidal chemical stability, addition increasing interactions with drugs. Thus, understanding kinetics AS incorporated Fe3O4-BSA essential release. study aimed synthesis, characterization into NPs. results showed NPs was effective average size below 30 nm. stability above pH 7.5 be used as a drug carrier blood plasma. Drug encapsulation system efficient (~91%) about 30% loading capability. kinetic mechanism diffusion. conclusion that incorporation led first six hours, reaching equilibrium at 0.265 mg mL-1 1.83 mg.
